In the heart of the harbor, astonishing fluorescent creatures—half flying fish, half aquatic spirits—take flight, illuminating the night with their neon wings as laser beams slice through the darkness. Artists on flyboards embody these legendary spirits, gliding and twirling above the water with supernatural grace, creating aerial dances that seem to defy the laws of nature.
